计及禁区影响的风电场布局优化研究

本研究基于查表法判别风电机组与禁区的相对位置,而后将该方法嵌入基于改进帝王蝶算法的风电场布局优化模型中,求解同时满足禁区约束和输出功率最大化的布局结果.应用本模型优化含禁区的2 km×2 km风电场布局,得到布局方案及其适应度数值.结果表明,优化的布局方案能够有效避开禁区,且相比无禁区情况下的布局,有禁区时布局方案的适应度削弱0.5%.与传统帝王蝶、粒子群算法和差分自适应帝王蝶算法对比,进行30次单独运行,本算法在多次结果中均得到满足约束的布局方案,表现出较好的全局搜索能力以及寻优精度.
Wind Farm Layout Optimization Model Considering the Influence of Restricted Area
In this paper, the relative position of the wind turbine and the restricted area was determined based on the look-up table method, and then the method was embedded in the wind farm layout optimization model based on the improved monarch butterfly algorithm to solve the layout results that meet the restricted area constraints and output power maximization. The model was applied to optimize the layout of 2 km × 2 km wind farm with restricted area, and the layout scheme and its fitness value were obtained. The results show that the optimized layout scheme can effectively avoid the restricted area, and the fitness of the layout scheme with restricted area was reduced by 0.5% compared with the layout without restricted area. Compared with the traditional Monarchs, particle swarm optimization algorithms and differential adaptive monarchs algorithm, the proposed algorithm had obtained a constrained layout scheme in the results of 30 separate runs, showing better global search ability and optimization accuracy.
