Strength Analysis of Rotor Lamination of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
The finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the strength of rotor lamination, and a static strength evaluation method based on FKM strength evaluation criterion was established under the condition of local stress over-yield of rotor lamination. The results show that the rotor lamination still maintains a certain load bearing capacity after the local stress calculation value based on the linear elastic finite element analysis is over-yielded. The static strength evaluation method based on the FKM strength criterion can effectively evaluate the safety margin under the local stress exceeding the yield strength, and provide a reference for the strength design of the rotor lamination of the permanent magnet motor.
