弹性模量是衡量材料抵抗弹性变形能力的指标,是绝缘材料一项重要的力学性能参数.本文概述了绝缘材料行业现今常用的绝缘材料弹性模量测试方法,阐述了设备位移法、数显表法、引伸计或挠度计法和光电跟踪法的应变检测技术.对绝缘材料弹性模量测试技术今后的发展进行了展望,介绍了材料弹性模量其他类型的测试方法:动态共振法、波传播法、模型计算法.
Current Situation and Prospect of Elastic Modulus Test of Insulating Materials
Elastic modulus is an indicator of a material's ability to resist elastic deformation and an important mechanical property parameter of insulating materials. This paper provides an overview of the commonly used methods for measuring the elastic modulus of insulating materials, and elaborates on strain detection techniques such as equipment displacement method, digital display meter method, extensometer or deflection meter method, and photoelectric tracking method. The future development of elastic modulus testing technology of insulating materials is prospected, and the elastic modulus testing methods of other types of materials are introduced: dynamic resonance method, wave propagation method, model calculation method.
