6kV开关在DCS系统实现程控式操作是未来智慧电厂发展的技术方向.华能罗源发电公司6kV开关在厂用电系统设计选型时就针对性地选择了厦门ABB的ZS1型断路器,配备电动手车,并在DCS系统实现了远方摇入/摇出手车操作.本次通过对6kV开关柜再次升级改造,将接地刀闸、低压二次微型断路器升级改造为电动地刀、智能型微断,利用DCS平台集成视频监控和控制信号,实现6kV开关四态切换一键式操作,实现现场无人化管理.

The realization of program-controlled operation of 6kV switch in DCS system is the technical direction of the development of smart power plant in the future. In the design and selection of auxiliary power system, the 6kV switch of Huaneng Luoyuan power generation company specifically selected the ZS1 circuit breaker of Xiamen abb, equipped with electric handcart, and realized remote swing in / swing out handcart operation in DCS system. Through the upgrading and transformation of 6kV switch cabinet, the earth switch and low-voltage secondary miniature circuit breaker were upgraded and transformed into electric knife and intelligent micro break and the DCS platform was used to integrate video monitoring and control signals to realize the four state switching one button operation of 6kV switch and realize on-site unmanned management.
