基于飞渡电容的超级电容串联均衡电压策略研究

超级电容具有容量大、充放电功率大、寿命长的特点,然而超级电容在串并联时,存在电压不均衡问题,单体超级电容出现过充、欠充问题,导致超级电容的利用率不高,甚至损坏超级电容.本研究采用电解电容作为飞渡电容,实现超级电容串并联时充放电电压均衡,即通过电解电容作为超级电容之间相互充放电的媒介,使各个单体超级电容两端的充电电压恒定.为验证提出的方法,搭建了仿真模型.仿真结果表明,该方法可实现串并联超级电容的两端电压一致.
Research on Voltage Equalization Strategy of Super Capacitors in Series Based on Ferry Capacitors
Super capacitors have the characteristics of large capacity, large charge and discharge power, and long life. However, when super capacitors are in series parallel, there is the problem of voltage imbalance, which leads to the problem of overcharge and undercharge of single super capacitors, making the utilization rate of super capacitors insufficient, and even damage the super capacitor. In this paper, a series voltage equalization circuit of super capacitors using electrolytic capacitors as flying capacitors was designed. Electrolytic capacitors were used as the medium of mutual charge and discharge between super capacitors, and then the voltage at both ends of each super capacitor is constant. In order to verify the method proposed in this paper, a simulation model was built. The simulation results show that the method can achieve the same voltage at both ends of the super capacitor.
