凝露问题是户外环网柜安全运行的主要挑战之一.加强自然通风有助于降低柜内空气相对湿度,避免凝露生成.考虑户外环网柜结构特点,建立三维模型,使用Fluent进行通风仿真研究,分析风速、外壳尺寸对通风效果的影响.结果表明:在外界风速变化时,户外环网柜内部隔间空气流速变化很小.在相同的风速下,加宽外壳比加高外壳更有利于降低户外环网柜内部相对湿度.
Study on Optimization of Ventilation Effect of Condensation Phenomenon in Outdoor RMU Based on Fluent
Condensation is one of the main challenges to the safe operation of outdoor RMU. Enhancing natural ventilation can reduce the relative humidity inside the cabinet, preventing condensation formation. Considering the structural characteristics of outdoor RMU, establish a 3D model and conduct ventilation simulation using Fluent to analyze the impact of airflow velocity and enclosure dimensions on ventilation effectiveness. The results show that there is minimal variation in airflow velocity within the compartments of outdoor RMU when external wind speed changes. Under similar wind speeds, widening the enclosure is more effective than increasing its height in reducing the relative humidity inside the outdoor RMU.
