氧化锡整体触头在铆接过程中经常发生钉脚开裂问题.通过分析氧化锡整体触头铆接前钉脚结构,查找铆接后产生开裂的原因,并应用有限元工具模拟仿真氧化锡整体触头铆接前钉脚形状与铆接后钉脚开裂的关联性,与现实情况下铆接后钉脚开裂情况进行比较.结果表明,氧化锡整体触头铆接前钉脚部位形状的不同会引起钉脚铆接不同程度的开裂,解决此类开裂的问题要从钉脚结构上进行改善.
Finite Element Analysis of Riveting Cracking of Tin Oxide Integral Contacts
The nail foot cracking problem often occurs during the riveting process of the tin oxide integral contact.Through the analysis of the nail foot structure before the tin oxide integral contact riveting,the cause of the cracking problem after the riveting was found,and the finite element tool was used to simulate to find the correlation between the shape of the nail foot before riveting and the nail foot cracking after the riveting of the tin integral,which was compared with the actual situation of the nail foot cracking after riveting.The results show that the different shapes of the nail feet before riveting the tin oxide integral contact will cause different degrees of nail foot riveting cracking,and the problem of that must be solved from improvement in the nail foot structure.
