Sb和Se掺杂量对Bi2Te3材料热电性能的影响研究

为了明确Sb、Se掺杂量对Bi2Te3材料热电性能的影响规律,采用高温熔炼法制备不同Sb掺杂量的P型Bi2Te3和不同Se掺杂量的N型Bi2Te3材料,通过SEM和EDS分析、热电性能测试等,研究Sb、Se掺杂量对Bi2Te3材料电导率、塞贝克系数、热导率、热电优值等热电性能的影响.结果表明,随着Sb掺杂量的增大,P型Bi2Te3的电导率先增大后减小,赛贝克系数先减小后增大,热导率减小,热电优值先增大后减小;随着Se掺杂量的增大,N型Bi2Te3的电导率先增大后减小,赛贝克系数先减小后增大,热导率减小,热电优值增大.当Sb掺杂量为22.5%时,P型Bi2Te3在175℃下的热电性能更好,热电优值为0.83;当Se掺杂量为5%时,N型Bi2Te3在175℃下的热电性能更好,热电优值为1.33.
Influence of Sb and Se Doping Amount on Thermoelectric Properties of Bi2Te3 Materials
To clarify the effect of Sb and Se doping amount on the thermoelectric properties of Bi2Te3 materials,P-type Bi2Te3 materials with different Sb doping contents and N-type Bi2Te3 materials with different Se doping contents were prepared by melting method.Through SEM and EDS analysis,thermoelectric performance test,etc.,the effects of Sb and Se doping on the thermoelectric properties of Bi2Te3 materials such as electric conductivity,Seebeck coefficient,thermal conductivity,and thermoelectric figure were studied.With the increase of Sb doping content,the conductance of P-type Bi2Te3 first increased and then decreased,the Seebeck coefficient first decreased and then increased,the thermal conductivity decreased,and the thermoelectric figure of merit first increased and then decreased.With the increase of Se doping content,the conductance of N-type Bi2Te3 increases first and then decreases,the Seebeck coefficient decreases first and then increases,the thermal conductivity decreases,and the thermoelectricity figure of merit increases.When the Sb doping content is 22.5%,the thermoelectric figure of merit of P-type Bi2Te3 at 175℃is the largest,which is 0.83.When the Se doping content is 5%,the thermoelectric figure of merit of N-type Bi2Te3 at 175℃is the largest,which is 1.33.
