Study on the Microstructure and Properties of AgNi Contact Materials with Rare Earth Oxide Additives
The AgNi(15)contact materials with ReO additives were manufactured.The phase structure,distribution uniformity of additives,metallographic structure,and physical properties of the material were analyzed.The results showed that the ReO which added in AgNi material were dispersed evenly in the Ag matrix.The metallographic structure were not obvious defects and additive aggregation.The electrical life was the highest when the amount of ReO was 1%,and could be applied to low-voltage devices on middle current level.
