新能源汽车驱动电机关键绝缘材料耐不同型号ATF研究

油冷型新能源汽车驱动电机采用自动变速箱油进行电机冷却.为研究新能源汽车驱动电机常用绝缘材料对自动变速箱油的耐受能力,开展了浸渍漆、漆包线、槽绝缘、绝缘套管对两种型号自动变速箱油的耐受性试验,并对试验前后的绝缘材料性能进行了研究.结果表明:环氧改性不饱和聚酯类材料和聚苯硫醚-聚芳酰胺纤维纸复合材料,对自动变速箱油具有良好的耐受能力;在相同试验条件下,相同绝缘材料对不同型号的自动变速箱油的耐受能力存在明显差异,当油品型号发生变更时,应对关键绝缘材料开展耐油性评估.
Research on the Resistance of Key Insulation Materials of New Energy Vehicle Drive Motor to Automatic Transmission Fluid
Oil-cooled new energy vehicle drive motor adopts automatic transmission oil for motor cooling.In order to study the resistance of common insulation materials of new energy vehicle drive motor to automatic transmission fluid,the resistance tests of impregnated paint,enameled wire,slot insulation and insulating sleeve to two types of automatic transmission fluid were carried out,and the properties of insulating materials before and after the tests were studied.The results show that epoxy modified unsaturated polyester materials and polyphenylene sulfide-polyarylamide fiber paper composites has good resistance to automatic transmission fluid.Under the same test conditions,there are obvious differences in the resistance of the same insulation material to different types of automatic transmission fluids.When the oil model changes,oil resistance evaluation should be carried out for key insulation materials.
