基于BNT陶瓷颗粒在压电领域具有的独特优势,本研究以BNT陶瓷颗粒为主要压电材料,通过旋涂法制备了一种织物基可穿戴式压电传感器,使其在外力作用下产生电信号来实现对人体运动情况的监控.该器件制备工艺简单,有望成为压力传感器规模制备和使用的可能.
Preparation and Properties of Fabric-Based Piezoelectric Sensor
Based on the unique advantage of BNT ceramic particles in the field of piezoelectric,a fabric-based wearable piezoelectric sensors using BNT ceramic particles as piezoelectric material was prepared by spin coating method.These sensors can generate electrical signals under the influence of external force to monitor human movement.The sensors are simple to prepare and easy to produce,which is expected to provide a possibility for the large-scale preparation and application.
