高电压GIS用聚四氟乙烯喷口材料国产化研究

以进口和国产聚四氟乙烯喷口材料作为研究对象,借助测试分析手段对其密度、抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、填料含量、击穿强度及电弧烧蚀性能等物理性能、力学性能及电气性能进行分析测试及对比.结果表明,与进口材料相比,国产喷口材料的物理性能和电气性能相近,力学性能略优,可以替代进口喷口材料.
Research on Localization of Polytetrafluoroethylene Nozzle Materials for High Voltage GIS
In order to explore the performance differences between domestic and imported PTFE nozzle materials,a comparative study was conducted on the physical,mechanical,and electrical properties of domestic and imported PTFE nozzle materials. The density,tensile strength,elongation at break,filler content,breakdown strength,and arc ablation performance of the materials were tested. The experimental results show that the physical and electrical properties of domestically produced nozzle materials are similar with imported PTFE,with slightly better mechanical properties,and can replace imported nozzle materials.
