Application Prospect of New Power System Construction Supported by Reticulated Energy Storage
Against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" goal and accelerating the construction of a new type of power system with new energy as the main body,the proportion of conventional power sources is gradually decreasing,and the integration of large-scale centralized new energy and distributed power sources is increasing. The operating characteristics of the power grid have undergone new changes,in addition to the stability of traditional frequency,voltage,and power angle,there are also problems such as power electronic broadband oscillations. Installing a grid type device on a conventional energy storage system can play a role in fast frequency regulation and voltage regulation,as well as suppressing broadband oscillations. Based on this,this article first compared and analyzed conventional energy storage and grid type energy storage,then proposed that grid type energy storage is more suitable for new power systems;Secondly,analyzed the technical principles of grid type energy storage,and finally researched and proposed the application prospects of grid type energy storage in new power systems.
