Analysis and Treatment of Cracking Defects at the Bottom of the Voltage Transformer Wiring Board in a Substation
In response to the cracking defect of the 220 kV line voltage transformer wiring board discovered by maintenance personnel during the inspection process of a certain substation,power outage replacement was carried out immediately.Through macroscopic analysis and spectral composition analysis of cracked casting alloy wiring boards,it is believed that unreasonable structural design,improper use of wiring board materials and poor casting process are the main reasons for its cracking.To avoid equipment operation risks,ensure the safety of the power grid and personnel,strengthening the quality inspection management of primary wiring is of great benefit.
