Research on influence of resonant mode on working state of active clamped flyback converter
Traditional active clamp flyback converters rely on the resonance between the transformer leakage induct-ance and the primary side clamp capacitor to achieve soft switching, eliminating switching losses, but the conduc-tion loss is large, and the output rectifier has current oscillation. In order to solve the above problems, the best working mode of the converter is selected, the equivalent circuit model under different resonance modes is estab-lished,the influence of the resonance mode on the working state of the converter is analyzed in depth, and the ex-perimental prototype is made based on the secondary side resonance mode. The experimental results show that the secondary side resonant active clamp flyback converter can realize the soft switching of power devices, reduce the rms value of the primary current, eliminate the phenomenon of secondary side current oscillation, and the maximum full load efficiency of the designed converter reaches 94.06%,and the efficiency of the whole machine is higher than that of the primary side resonance mode.
