基于图像算法的高压电缆缓冲层阻水性能评价方法

高压电缆在城市输电网络中得到了越来越广泛的应用,其关键结构半导电缓冲层烧蚀故障成为了当前的研究热点.而诱发烧蚀故障的缓冲层导电特性和吸水特性是研究关键,也是评估高压电缆缓冲层质量的基础.本文基于图像算法提出高压电缆缓冲层的纵向阻水性能评估方法,对缓冲层的显微图像进行增强和形态学处理,通过面积分数法、熵值法以及分形维数法对二值化图像中缓冲层阻水粉的分布特性进行评估.采用基于权重系数的综合评价方法以同时考虑缓冲层阻水粉面密度以及分散性对阻水性能的影响,并通过缓冲层阻水性能测试进行了验证.通过本文提出的基于显微图像以及相应图像算法,能够高效、准确地评估高压电缆缓冲层阻水性能,为高压电缆抽样检测和质量监督提供了技术参考.
Research on evaluation method of water-blocking property of buffer layer in HV cable based on image processing
High-voltage(HV)cables have been widely used in urban transmission networks,and the ablation fault of semi-conductive buffer layer has become a research hotspot.The conductivity and water absorption characteristics of the buffer layer that induce ablation faults are the key to research,and they are also the basis for evaluating the quality of the buffer layer of HV cables.A longitude water-blocking property evaluation method of buffer layer based on image processing is proposed in this paper.The microscopic images of buffer layer are enhanced and morphologi-cally processed.The area fraction method,entropy method and fractal dimension method are used to evaluate the dis-tribution characteristics of buffer layer water-blocking powder in binary images.The comprehensive evaluation method is adopted and then the influences of the density and dispersion of water-blocking powder are considered through weight coefficients.The comprehensive evaluation parameter is validated by a water blocking test.Based on the tech-niques proposed in this paper,the water-blocking property of buffer layer can be evaluated efficiently and accurately.Furthermore,the technical basis for the sampling inspection and quality test can be then established.
