基于自然语言处理的电力缺陷自动评级方法研究

现有电网的电力设备缺陷评级采用人工分类的方式,效率低且容易引入人为因素造成误分类和误评级等问题.提出了一种基于自然语言处理的缺陷自动评级方法及处置建议推送,根据电力设备缺陷文本的特点,提出基于树路径匹配算法的缺陷分类方法;针对缺陷分支定位问题,提出了基于文本相似度匹配的缺陷分类方法,对树路径匹配算法进行补充,同时实现处置建议推送.通过算例分析和测试,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性.
Research on Automatic Rating Method for Electric Power Defects Based on Natural Language Processing
The current method of power equipment defect rating in the grid adopts manual classification,which is inefficient and prone to misclassification and misrating due to human factors.Based on this,this paper proposes an automatic defect rating method and disposal rec-ommendation push based on natural language processing.Firstly,according to the characteristics of power equipment defect texts,a defect classification method based on tree path matching algorithm is proposed.Then,aiming at the problem of defect branch localization,a defect classification method based on text similarity matching is proposed to complement the tree path matching algorithm,while achieving the dis-posal recommendation push.Finally,through case analysis and testing,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper are verified.
