摘要

对电化学储能系统并网测试技术进行了深入研究,针对储能电站并网的充放电响应时间、调节时间、充放电转换时间进行相关测试.首先对系统的硬件电路设计和软件设计进行介绍,然后分别对电化学储能电站的功率控制能力、充放电响应时间、充放电调节时间、充放电转换时间进行测试.对测试结果进行相关分析,可看出功率控制能力测量偏差及测量精度均满足国标要求,验证了所提出的储能并网特性测试技术方案的可行性.

Abstract

In this paper,grid connection test technology of electrochemical energy storage system is deeply studied,and relevant tests are carried out for storage station's grid-connection with respect to charge-discharge response time,adjust-ment time,and charge-discharge conversion time.First hardware circuit design and software design of the system are out-lined,and then power control capability,charge-discharge response time,charge-discharge adjustment time,and charge-discharge conversion time of electrochemical storage station are tested respectively.Correlation analysis of the test results indicates that measurement deviation and measurement accuracy of power control capability meet the requirements of na-tional standard,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed test scheme for grid-connection characteristics of energy stor-age facilities.
