Model Predictive Control of Virtual Synchronous Generator Under Grid Voltage Imbalance
Virtual synchronous generator(VSG)control algorithm can provide inertia for the grid and assistance for volt-age and frequency regulation. However, when the grid encounters voltage imbalance,it will lead to the inequilibrium of grid-connected current and the fluctuation of active and reactive power, which seriously affects the quality of grid-connect-ed power. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a model predictive control method for virtual synchronous generator under grid voltage imbalance. The proposed control method uses a strategy based on fast voltage vector selection to control the reconstructed positive and negative sequence current components,so as to achieve the control objectives of constant ac-tive power, constant reactive power and current equilibrium. In addition, the regulation coefficient of negative sequence current is introduced, thereby realizing coordinated control of these three objectives.
