Signal Injection-based Diagnosis of Demagnetization Faults of Prius Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors
Permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in the field of electric vehicles,but prone to demagneti-zation faults due to factors such as weak magnetic control and collision vibration.Signal injection method enables the obtai-ning of obvious feature signals with low noise which can well reflect various fault states of the motor.By employing Prius 2017 permanent magnet synchronous motor as case object,the present work analyzed demagnetization law of permanent magnet and established a demagnetization fault model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,on which a demagnetiza-tion fault diagnosis through signal injection method was performed.
