Evaluation Method for Power Supply Capacity of 110 kV and Below Regional Distribution Networks
This paper proposes a method for evaluating power supply capacity of regional distribution networks at 110 kV and below. It takes load power supply capacity as core and constructs an evaluation model for the power supply capacity of regional distribution networks. In the specific evaluation process, repetitive flow method is adopted by regarding estimated initial load parameters as the initial value load growth value as compensation, and critical load parameters that meet con-straint conditions as the new initial value. It performs a second iteration by reducing the step size and repeating the opera-tion until the results of the two consecutive iterations are consistent and all constraints are met.The final solution at this point serves as evaluation result. This method uses the operational configuration of nodes and branches as constraints to transform supply capacity evaluation problem into a model solving problem, effectively achieving evaluation with multiple constraints. The test results indicate that the proposed evaluation method designed can stably evaluate the power supply capacity of regional distribution network, and the error between evaluation results and actual parameter values remains at a low level.
