一起保护区外故障误动作分析及隐患分析系统研究

随着电网设备不断增加及大电网结构越来越复杂,电压、电流二次回路异常等原因引起电网发生区外故障保护误动的事件屡禁不止,而传统人工区外故障分析方法的效率低下且准确性难以得到保证.为解决此问题,针对某地区一起 220 kV主变区外故障保护误动事件,研究了二次回路隐患监测方法,并开发了区外故障二次回路隐患智能分析系统,可根据异常检测方法判别保护装置二次回路异常,及时发现继电保护装置的隐患,有效提高保护装置的正确动作率.
Research on a Fault Protection Mal-operation Analysis and Hidden Danger Analysis System Outside the Area
The continuous rises of number of power grid equipment and complicacy of large power grids'structures result in frequent anomaly of secondary circuits'voltage and current and consequent external-fault-induced undesired activation of protections.Traditional manual analysis of external faults is inefficient and difficult to ensure accuracy.To address this is-sue,this article analyzes an undesired activation of external-fault-induced protection encountered by an actual 220 kV main transformer,studies the monitoring method for secondary circuit hidden danger,and develops an intelligent analysis sys-tem.The system can identify anomalies in secondary circuits of protection devices through anomaly detection method,help to timely discover hidden dangers of relay protection,and effectively improve correctness rate of protection action.
