摘要

500 kV变电站承担重要供电任务,一般不允许母差保护长时间退出运行.以重庆电网某 500 kV变电站 500 kV母线保护为实例,介绍了 500 kV母线保护装置两种不同的改造技术方案.500 kV 母线一次设备停电方式,500 kVI母或 II母上所有边断路器均停电,两套 500 kV母差保护装置同时退出运行进行技术改造;改变电网运行方式与潮流分布,500 kV 母线一次设备不停电,结合边断路器轮停,两套 500 kV母差保护装置轮停进行技术改造.对两种方案的优缺点及适用性进行了比较.

Abstract

500 kV substations undertake important tasks of electric supply and long-time stoppage of their busbar differen-tial protections are generally unacceptable.Taking the 500 kV busbar protection of an actual 500 kV substation of Chongqing Power Grid as an exemplary case,this paper elaborates two different technological upgrade schemes of the dif-ferential protection.One is the upgrade with electric supply interruption,in which circuit breakers on all sides of bus I or II are switched off simultaneously,resulting in stoppage from operation of both two protection device sets to undergo up-grade process.The other is the upgrade without supply interruption implemented by changing grid operation mode and power flow distribution,and by alternately switching off different side circuit breakers,so as to enable one-by-one stop-page and upgrade between the two protection device sets.The paper also compares advantages and disadvantages as well as applicability of each technological upgrade scheme.
