10kV箱式变电站节能技术研究与应用

随着我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,尽管电力供需宽松,甚至出现部分地区产能过剩,但供配电需求依然量大面广.为了实现配电领域的高质量发展,10 kV箱式变电站节能降耗亟需提上日程.作为配电系统的重要的终端电气设备,10 kV箱式变电站深入负荷中心,起到分电入户的重要作用.从 10kV箱式变电站设计、各组成部件选型、关键技术应用及生产环节角度出发,提出了多种节能低碳措施,以供参考借鉴.
Research and Application of Energy Saving Technology for 10 kV Prefabricated Substations
As Chinese economy transforming from high speed growth to high quality development,supply and demand of electricity becomes loose and even encounters overcapacity in some regions,while nevertheless the demand for electric supply and distribution is still vigorous and extensive.The goal of high quality development in the field of power distribu-tion urgesthe advances in energy saving and consumption reduction of 10 kV prefabricated substations.As the vital termi-nal electric equipment of distribution system,10 kV prefabricated substations locate deep nearby electric consumption cen-ters and play an important role in distributing electricity to users.In this paper,various energy-saving and low-carbon measures are put forward from the perspectives including design of prefabricated substations,type selection of each com-ponent,key technological application,and productionsection.
