随着新能源电力的不断发展,电网运行方式不断变化,大型火电机组逐渐转向调频、调峰,以全面消纳新能源电力,造成大型火电机组正常运行期间机组负荷波动大,机组指标逐渐变差.为了更好服务电网,快速响应电网负荷需求,某电厂结合自身机组特性、地理位置特点及调频市场需求等,设计建设 18 MW/9 MWh 储能联合调频项目,在保证电网安全稳定运行的同时,提高辅助服务调频市场收益.
Analysis and Research on Frequency Regulation Operation of 1000 MW Unit with the Assistance of Energy Storage
With the continuous development of new energy sources,the operation mode of power grid is constantly chan-ging.The role of large thermal units gradually transforms into frequency regulation and peak shaving to facilitate maxi-mum absorption and consumption of new energy electricity.This results in significant fluctuations in unit load during nor-mal operation of large thermal units and gradual deterioration of unit indicators.In order to provide rapid respond to load demands of power grid,an actual power plant carried out design and construction of an 18 MW/9 MWh energy-storage-assisted frequency regulation project by comprehensively considering the units'intrinsic characteristics,the plant's geo-graphical characteristics,and the market demands of frequency regulation.This retrofit helps in ensuring grid's safe and stable operation and increasing profit from auxiliary frequency regulation.
