摘要

随着经济快速发展,近些年大型民用公共建筑开发迅速,如写字楼、商业 MALL、星级酒店等建筑快速竣工,但许多项目在投入运营后,物业反馈变压器普遍运行在较低负载率工况,一般为 30%~50%,经济性明显不佳.由于形成此问题的原因存在多种可能,因此拟从前期设计阶段的负荷计算过程入手,分析说明问题的成因,并以实际案例进行对比说明,以期对类似项目有所借鉴,为最终决策提供技术支持.

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy,huge civil public buildings have been constructed rapidly recent years,such as office buildings,commercial malls,luxury hotels.However,many personnel in charge of property management confirm that there exist commonly in public buildings in service relatively low load rates of transformers(generally 30%~50%),resulting in poor ecologic efficiency.Lots of factors can be attributed to this situation.The present work made an attempt to determine the causes by exploring the process of load calculation in the period of constructional drawing design.The paper also comparatively describes some actual cases,in order to provide useful information and support for similar proj ects.
