摘要

较多电厂将主变压器高低压侧电量的差值视为损耗电量以粗略判断主变压器运行状况,这使得在其他因素干扰下计算出的主变压器损耗偏高时难以解释实际现象.以全面排查的方式,结合相关各设备现场安装情况、电气试验数据综合分析,通过对比历史数据及曲线,查找主变压器高低压侧电量差值异常的原因,从而解决了运行困扰;同时,提出了减少综合厂用电量的措施.

Abstract

It is common for power plants to regard the difference between high-and low-voltage sides as power loss to roughly determine operation status of main transformers.But this approximation is inadequate to reflect actual status when the calculated loss becomes abnormally high under the interference of other factors.This paper reports the treat-ment for the abnormal high-to-low-voltage side electricity measurement difference encountered by an actual main trans-former.By performing the comprehensive examination,and combining on-site conditions with electric test data of relevant equipment,historical data and curves were analyzed and the cause of the anomaly was identified,thereby successfully sol-ving the operation troubles.It also proposes measures to reduce comprehensive internal power consumption for plants.
