Optimization of 10 kV Distribution Network Planning Based on Modified Genetic Annealing Algorithm
On the basis of considering the comprehensive network loss,annual depreciation cost,and feeder construction cost of distribution network transmission,a targeted optimization model for 10 kV distribution network planning was es-tablished.By introducing an improved genetic annealing algorithm,the relevant parameter conditions in the optimization model were trained,in order to achieve the design of model constraints.By preserving elite groups,global optimization of 10 kV distribution network planning scheme was carried out,and the design of the optimization method was implemented.Case experiment on an actual large 10 kV distribution network in a certain region verified the satisfactory applicative effect of the designed optimization method,and its effectiveness in improving load rate balance of distribution network lines.
