基于改进遗传退火算法的10kV配电网规划优化研究

在考虑配电网输电综合网损、年折旧费、馈线建设费用的基础上,建立 10kV 配电网规划目标优化模型;引进改进遗传退火算法,进行 10kV配电网规划目标优化模型中相关参数条件的训练,以此实现对模型约束条件的设计;采用保存精英群的方式,进行 10kV配电网规划优化方案的全局寻优,完成配电网规划优化方法的设计.选择某地区大型 10kV配电网作为实验研究的主要对象,设计实例应用实验.实验结果表明:设计的优化方法在实际应用中的效果良好,可有效提高配电网线路负载率均衡度.
Optimization of 10 kV Distribution Network Planning Based on Modified Genetic Annealing Algorithm
On the basis of considering the comprehensive network loss,annual depreciation cost,and feeder construction cost of distribution network transmission,a targeted optimization model for 10 kV distribution network planning was es-tablished.By introducing an improved genetic annealing algorithm,the relevant parameter conditions in the optimization model were trained,in order to achieve the design of model constraints.By preserving elite groups,global optimization of 10 kV distribution network planning scheme was carried out,and the design of the optimization method was implemented.Case experiment on an actual large 10 kV distribution network in a certain region verified the satisfactory applicative effect of the designed optimization method,and its effectiveness in improving load rate balance of distribution network lines.
