基于短路电流的10kV电网线路继电保护误动作识别研究

常规的 10kV电网线路继电保护误动作识别方法多采用 LVRT保护动作判据,存在局限性较大、识别查全率较低、不能有效降低继电保护过程中误动作发生率的问题.基于此,开展了基于短路电流的 10kV电网线路继电保护误动作识别研究.首先,计算 10kV电网线路短路电流,获取电网线路继电保护工况及特征,缩小线路误动作故障影响范围.然后,计算线路继电保护误动作时变概率,识别继电保护误动作行为.实验分析结果表明,应用提出的方法后,误动作识别查全率始终不低于 98%,能更加全面地召回识别出线路继电保护误动作,降低误动作发生率.
Short-circuit Current-based Identification of Protective Relay Maloperation in 10 kV Grid Lines
Most of the conventional methods for identifying protective relay maloperations in 10 kV grid lines are designed using LVRT criteria,and are problematic owing to significant constraints,low recognition recall,and inadequacy in re-ducing occurrence of maloperations.In view of this,the present work studied the identification of protective relay malop-erations for 10 kV grid lines using short-circuit current. The method first obtains working conditions of protective relays in 10 kV grid lines and suppresses extent of maloperations'impact by calculating lines'short-circuit current values.It then calculates time-varying probability of the protective relay and realizes identification of maloperations.The application of the proposed method was indicated by experimental analysis capable of achieving a recall rate always higher than 98%for maloperation identification,which means a more sensitive identification utility and consequently helps to reduce the occur-rence of maloperations.
