摘要

泵站电机投运前需对其绝缘电阻进行测量以确定其是否满足规程要求.当前绝缘电阻的测量主要采用兆欧表人工手摇检测,检测操作繁琐,费时费力.为了实现电机绕组绝缘特性的快速检测,设计了一种在线监测装置.该装置利用高压模块产生DC 2500 V电压,利用采样模块和档位控制单元实现了被测电阻在 1~10000 MΩ时档位的自动切换,利用时间常数法测量出电机对地分布电容值.对比测试表明电机绝缘特性在线监测装置在全量程范围内电阻测量精度可达±5%,同时具备吸收比、极化指数及分布电容等参数的测量功能,满足电机绝缘特性测试要求.

Abstract

Measurement of insulation resistance is mandatory for pre-servicing motors of pump stations to determine whether the insulations meet the requirements of operation.Currently prevailing methods to measure insulation resistance mainly rely on manual testing with a megohmmeter,which is cumbersome and time-consuming.Aiming at achieving fast detection of motor winding insulation characteristics,the present work proposed a design of an online monitoring device.The device works by utilizing a high-voltage module to generate a voltage of DC 2500 V,realizing automatic switching of tap position according to resistance variation of measured insulation between 1 MΩand 10000 MΩvia a sampling module and a tap control unit,and obtaining motor-to-ground distributed capacitance value through time constant method.The designed online monitoring device was demonstrated by comparative test capable of achieving a resistance measurement ac-curacy within±5%over the full measurable range,and function of additionally measuring parameters such as absorption ratio,polarization index,and distributed capacitance,thereby meeting the requirements of motor insulation characteristics test.
