摘要

针对某水电厂在试运期间出现的"发电机起停机保护"和"定子接地保护动作"故障现象进行分析,采用接地电阻和电压计算方法,准确判断故障相别,缩小故障排查范围,进一步结合故障点准确定位,验证了计算公式的正确性及有效性.通过事故分析、排查和故障点定位的处理过程,提出一种区分定子一次设备接地与二次回路接地的方法,为电站运行维护人员解决实际故障问题提供思路.

Abstract

This paper reports an actual fault with"generator startup and shutdown protection"and"stator grounding pro-tection activation"encountered by an actual hydroplant during trial operation.It describes the procedure performed for lo-cating the fault point,including determining fault phase and narrowing scope of fault cause,and verifies correctness and effectiveness of the calculation formula of grounding resistance and potential used in the procedure.It thereby highlights a method to distinguish between primary equipment grounding and secondary circuit grounding of stator through the afore-mentioned process of treating the fault,so as to provide useful inspiration for plants'operation and maintenance person-nel.
