Application of Energy Storage Technology in Large-scale New Energy Grid Integration
Based on working features of battery and supercapacitor,a hybrid energy storage system combining batteries and supercapacitors is reported.The principle of this hybrid energy storage system is described.A power distribution scheme based on wavelet analysis is proposed to allocate power for this system.Through simulation,the rated capacity and power of this hybrid energy storage system are calculated,compared with that of single energy storage system,and it is confirmed that this hybrid energy storage system has higher economic value.
