摘要

双馈风力发电机(DFIG)与传统电源的电磁暂态特性不同,导致现有的保护难以适应含 DFIG 风电场送出线路.为了提高故障识别的速度和可靠性,提出了一种基于电流波形失配度的新型纵联保护方案.弗雷歇距离算法用于比较受保护线路两侧当前故障电流的差异.仿真证明所提保护方法能够在不同的故障类型、故障位置和其他条件下可靠、快速地识别故障.

Abstract

The difference in electromagnetic transient characteristics between doubly fed induction generator(DFIG)and traditional power sources makes the existing protection inadequate in adapting to distribution lines of high permeability DFIG wind power integration system.In order to improve speed and reliability of fault identification,a new pilot protection scheme based on waveform mismatching degree of current is proposed in this paper.The Frechet algorithm is used to compare the difference in current discrete data between the two sides of the protected line.A large number of simulations show that the proposed algorithm can reliably and promptly identify faults with different types,positions and other conditions.
