摘要
研究了电费全流程自动化作业模式的应用范围和实现方式.该模式通过引入先进的数字化技术和 RPA 技术,实现量费核算、支付结算、财务清分、票务管理、营财协同等方面的全流程自动化,提高了电费管理效率和精度,同时降低了人工成本.通过案例研究发现,基于 RPA技术的电费全流程自动化作业模式不仅可以提高电费管理的效率,还能减少人为因素导致的错误和损失.
Abstract
This paper explores application range and implementation of whole-process automation mode of electricity charge.By introducing advanced digital technology and RPA technology,this mode realizes whole process automation of volume bill accounting,payment and settlement,financial clearing,ticket management,business and financial coordination,etc.,improves efficiency and accuracy of electricity charge management,and reduces labor costs at the same time.Through the case analysis,the whole process automation mode of electricity charge based on RPA technology can not only improve the efficiency of electricity charge management,but also reduce errors and losses caused by human factors.
