摘要
逻辑控制单元(LCU)作为一种电子设备,其工作可靠性和使用寿命主要受到温度的影响.为了提高 LCU的可靠性,延长 LCU的使用寿命,结合热设计理论和北京地铁某项目 LCU系统方案,对 LCU 热设计进行优化,并通过热仿真进行验证.
Abstract
Logic control units(LCU)are a kind of electronic devices,and their reliability and service life depend primarily on working temperature.To help improve reliability and extend service life of LCU,this paper studied the optimization of LCU thermal design for metro vehicles applications and performed a thermal simulation by combining thermal design theory with an exemplary case of LCU system scheme in Beijing metro project.
