滤波电容选型对非全相保护时间继电器的影响

摘要
校验某变电站 500 kV开关本体二次回路时,发现本体三相不一致时间继电器存在滤波电容参数设计缺陷,导致开关重合后保护重合闸无法正常充电.分析了时间继电器的缺陷并予以更换解决,还针对此问题提出了元器件选型建议和二次专业传动作业标准.
Abstract
This paper reports a defect encountered by a three-phase inconsistent component of 500 kV circuit breaker found during regular inspection,which causes the consequence of undesired action after reclosing.It describes the treatment conducted including analyzing defect of filter capacitor and replacing new component,and also puts forward some suggestions on principle of component selection and calibration method according to the reported case.
