大型石化企业多电源复杂供电方式下的电子化结算困境及解决策略

大型石化企业为保障厂区供电容量及用电可靠性,要求采用 2 路及以上输电线路接入企业总降变.该类高耗能企业执行"两部制"电价,若基本电费按最大需量缴纳,则多电源接入方式会产生多个需量数据.这些数据不能自动迭代累加,只能依靠人工额外录入,致使电子化结算在最终环节出现非自动局面.为此,提出石化企业在多电源供电方式下,各计量点需量完全实现实时迭代相加,统一上传关口最大需量数据,进而实现全流程电子化结算,同时也避免多电源供电倒闸、检修等引起的最大需量无法准确匹配结算边界问题,为供用电双方提供便利.
Dilemma and Solution Strategy about Electronic Settlement of Large Petrochemical Enterprises with Multi-source Complex Power Supply
In order to ensure power supply capacity and reliability of power consumption in large petrochemical enterprises,two or more transmission lines are required.This kind of high energy-consuming enterprises implement"Two-part"tariff,if the basic tariff is paid according to the maximum demand,multiple sources power supply mode will produce multiple demand data.These data cannot be automatically iteratively accumulated,can only rely on manual extra input,resulting in electronic settlement in the final link of the non-automatic situation.This paper puts forward that the demand of each metering point can be added in real-time iteratively under multi-power supply mode,and the maximum demand data can be uploaded uniformly.At the same time,it also avoids the problem that the maximum demand caused the switching and overhaul of multi-source supply cannot match settlement boundary accurately.
