电力行业具有社会性、公益性、网络性的特点,是资金密集型、技术密集型、人才密集型、风险密集型企业,是关系到国计民生的支柱性产业.发电企业机组检修具有专业性较强、施工过程复杂、参与方众多、对企业效益影响较大等特点,在探究发电企业机组检修进度管理时需要考虑的风险因素数量庞大、种类繁多、复杂多变.针对发电企业机组检修进度风险管理问题,在大量项目进度风险管理相关理论的基础上,运用项目进度管理理论相关知识,对发电企业机组检修进度风险因素进行了识别分类,创新性运用层次分析法对各个风险因素进行了权重计算,应用TOPSIS法对检修方案进行了分析比较,定性与定量分析相结合,为实现发电企业机组检修管理水平的提升、检修进度的优化和调整、检修效率的提高提供了新思路.
Progress Risk Analysis of Unit Maintenance in Electric Enterprises
Power generation is a pillar industry essential for national economy and people's livelihood.Electric enterprises unit maintenance has the characteristics of strong professionalism,complex construction process,numerous participants,and significant impact on enterprise benefits.When exploring the management of power generation enterprise unit maintenance,it is necessary to consider a large number of risk factors,a variety of types,and complexity.This paper focuses on progress risk management of unit maintenance in electric enterprises.On the basis of various progress risk management theories,the relevant knowledge of project management is applied to identify and classify the risk factors of unit maintenance in electric enterprises.The analytic hierarchy process is innovatively used to calculate the weights of all independent risk factors,and the TOPSIS method is used to analyze and compare maintenance plans,forming a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.This work provides new ideas for enhancing maintenance management,optimizing and adjusting maintenance pace,and improving maintenance efficiency pertaining to electric enterprises.
