考虑配电网继电保护装备配合作用的电压暂降域修正方法

电压暂降幅值和持续时间都将影响敏感设备的正常运行.传统电压暂降域的刻画未考虑继电保护装备配合作用下对电压暂降持续时间的影响.为了准确刻画电压暂降域,提出了典型的继电保护的配合措施,以评估配电网电压暂降持续时间.根据保护动作时间对仅考虑电压暂降幅值的暂降域进行修正,提出了考虑配电网继电保护装备配合的电压暂降域修正方法.对 IEEE 33 节点标准测试系统进行分析,验证所提方法的可行性与合理性.
Correction of an Area of Vulnerability to Voltage Sags Based on the Relay Protection Cooperation for Distribution Network
Voltage sags'magnitude and duration both affect normal operation of sensitive equipment.The conventional characterization of an area of vulnerability to voltage sags(AOV)does not take into account the effect of cooperating ac-tion of protective relays on duration of voltage sags.In order to accurately characterize the AOV,typical protection actions were discussed and the duration of voltage sags in distribution network was evaluated.According to moment of relay acti-vation,modifications were made to AOV that only considers voltage sag magnitude,which proposed AOV correction method considering coordination of protective relays in distribution networks.The method was proved feasible and rational by analysis on IEEE 33-node standard test system.
