摘要
针对三电平Boost PFC变换器不同工作区域控制器参数难以整定的问题,提出了一种全占空比范围的控制策略.首先根据不同占空比区间,选取电感电流和输出电压建立全占空比下的统一状态空间方程;然后运用移相 180°的交错控制方法,减小变换器输出电压和电感电流纹波;再设计比例型电压平衡控制器实现中点电位平衡;最后通过PSIM搭建TLBP变换器电路仿真模型,仿真结果表明相比传统平均电流控制,所提控制策略的输出电压纹波明显减小、电感电流波形无明显畸变,所提策略具备可行性和有效性.
Abstract
In view of low tenability of parameters of domain controllers in different working areas of three-level Boost PFC converters,a control strategy with full duty cycle range was proposed.First according to different duty cycle intervals,the inductor current and output voltage are selected to establish a unified state-space equation under full duty cycle.Second the interleaved control method of 180°phase shift is used to reduce output voltage and inductor current ripple of the converter.Then the proportional voltage balance controller is designed to achieve midpoint potential balance.Finally simulation model of TLBP converter circuit is built by PSIM and simulation results show that compared with conventional average current control,the proposed strategy achieves significantly reduced output voltage ripple and hardly distorted inductor current waveform,and thereby is feasible and effective.
