基于红外测温技术的高压电气设备运行检修方法

为及时有效地实现对处于运行状态的电气设备故障的感知,引入红外测温技术,以某高压电气设备为例,对运行状态下高压电气设备的检修方法展开研究.根据检修需求,基于红外测温技术对电气设备运行状态下的表面温度进行检测;测量并计算高压电气设备运行状态下的温度损耗,并对测量温度进行补偿;以高压电气设备运行相关标准为参照,明确技术规范中提出的电气设备运行热失效要求,设置高压电气设备运行过程中的异常温升预警值,据此实现高压电气设备运行状态下的异常温升计算与故障检修.实例应用结果表明,该方法可在提高运行状态下电气设备红外图谱温度感知准确性的基础上,实现对设备运行中故障的精准排查与检修,确保电力系统中电气设备运行的稳定性与可靠性.
Infrared-temperature-measurement-based Method for Maintenance of Running High-voltage Equipment
Aiming at timely and effective fault perception of running electrical equipment,this study introduced infrared temperature measurement technology to maintenance of running high-voltage equipment and performed a case verification on an actual apparatus.According to the maintenance requirements,surface temperature of the electrical equipment was detected using infrared temperature measurement. Temperature losses of running medium and high voltage electrical e-quipment were measured and calculated to compensate the measured temperature.According to relevant standards and technological specifications,thermal failure of running equipment was clearly defined,and the abnormal temperature rise warning value was determined,so as to achieve calculation of abnormal temperature rise and fault maintenance.The ex-ample application results showed that the proposed method can achieve accurate fault troubleshooting and maintenance of running high-voltage equipment on the basis of improving perception accuracy of infrared spectrum temperatures,and con-sequently ensure stability and reliability of electrical equipment operation in power system.
