摘要

阐述了红外热成像的基本原理、红外检测的基本方法和判断依据,对红外检测在核电站高压电气设备中的应用情况进行了概述.通过对发电机、主变压器、高压电机等设备的异常发热缺陷进行红外图谱分析,判断缺陷性质和严重程度,分析原因,并制定相应的处理措施,最终解决了设备异常发热的问题.同时对红外成像工作过程中的问题进行了探讨和总结,并提出了相应的建议.

Abstract

This paper describes basic principle,major methods and judgments of infrared thermal imaging,and summari-zes the application of infrared detection in high voltage electrical equipment of nuclear power plant. By using infrared spec-trum analysis of the defects of abnormal heating of generators,main transformers and high voltage motors,types and se-verities of defects can be determined to find out root cause and formulate corresponding countermeasures,thereby facilita-ting solution of abnormal heating.Moreover,the problems in the process of infrared imaging are discussed and summa-rized,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
