火电厂风机性能曲线修正试验方法研究及应用

风机的安全运行是企业重点关注的课题.某单位因不了解风机运行特性,使得风机进入失速区运行发生失速抢风,严重时导致机组非停事故,但从厂家提供的风机性能曲线分析,风机运行工况点并没有进入失速区运行.鉴于此,开展某台 330 MW机组风机实际性能曲线与厂家提供性能曲线差异的试验验证,提出风机性能曲线修正建议,为避免风机进入失速区运行提供技术依据.
Applicative Study of Test Method for Performance Curve Correction of Thermal Plant Fans
Safe operation of fans is a key issue acquiring much attention of thermal plants.There exist stalling operations of fans in some plants owing to lack of knowledge about fan operating characteristics,which can cause accidents of undes-ired stoppage when developing seriously.However,according to the analysis of fan performance curves provided by manu-facturers,operating condition points of fans are out of stalling zone,making this kind of problem prickly to power plant technicians.In view of this,the present study carried out an applicative verification on difference of actual fan performance curve with that provided by manufacturer for an exemplary case of 330 MW thermal unit,and put forward devices on per-formance curve correction.It may provide technological basis for preventing thermal plant fans from entering stalling zone.
