Design of a Monitoring System for Reciprocating Compressors
Based on working principle and fault prone parts of reciprocating compressors as well as actual situation on site,a monitoring plan system overall architecture design was proposed and a measurement point configuration plan was devel-oped.Fault types that can achieve monitoring and accurate positioning were given,and the core analysis tool for fault diag-nosis of reciprocating compressors was described.The paper contains useful information for later stages of constructing networked real-time status monitoring,diagnosis and management platform.
