Study on Coordinated Control Strategy of Autonomous Operation of Energy Storage System on New Energy Side
As the proportion of new energy under the"two-carbon"goal increases year by year,the conflict between re-quirements of power grid stability and volatility of new energy becomes more prominent.The standard allocation of energy storage on new energy side has become an important means to solve the conflict,and relevant policies have been intro-duced in various regions to equip new energy generation with energy storage,resulting in gradual increase in stations e-quipped with energy storage system on new energy side.In order to improve the depth utilization rate of energy storage system on new energy side,a coordinated control strategy for autonomous operation of energy storage system is proposed in this paper.The proposed strategy is based on the existing application mode of the energy storage system,combined with the primary frequency modulation scenario,automated generation control scenario,power prediction scenario,energy storage charging and discharging scenario,to design the total technical framework,and further explore the coordination control strategy under each scenario.The proposed control strategy is proved by simulation system capable of achieving autonomous operation of energy storage and significant improvement in operation utility by combining with the application scenarios.
