Study on Current Calculation Method for 500 kV Autotransformer Bushing Current Transformers During Short-Circuit Testing Verification
This paper reports a method for calculating the current of bushing current transformer(CT)during short-cir-cuit tests by using nameplate parameters of a large self-coupling transformer.The method is demonstrated and validated through a case of pre-acceptance examination of bushing CT in an actual substation.This paper contains helpful informa-tion for relevant professionals in conducting pre-acceptance examination of bushing CT.
