某 10kV高压专变用户采用三相三线制高供高计计量方式,装表时 A 相电流互感器反接,造成计量差错.以此计量故障为案例,依据用电信息采集系统采集数据进行分析,通过更正系数计算退补电量,并从管理及技术方面提出相应防范措施,保证计量准确、可靠.
Causes and Countermeasures of Measurement Anomalies of Smart Electric Meters Under Complex Power Flow Conditions
A 10 kV user adopts three-phase three-line system high supply meter.Due to the wrong wiring of the staff,the A-phase current transformer is inversely connected,resulting in measurement error of the electricity meter.This paper takes this measurement failure as a case,analyzes data from the electricity information collection system,and determines the compensation electricity through the correction coefficient.The corresponding preventive measures are also put forward from the aspects of management and technology to ensure accurate and reliable measurement.
