主变大修受潮分析及防范措施探讨

摘要
某 110 kV变电站#2 主变大修后,微水含量超标,油耐压试验不合格,并出现了经过多次热油循环无法滤除水分的情况.对该次大修过程中可能受潮的原因进行分析,并结合历年主变大修的经验,总结了防范大修过程中主变受潮的措施.
Abstract
After the#2 transformer overhaul of a 110 kV substation,the test results water content exceeded limit,the oil pressure test failed and the water could not be filtered out after several hot oil cycles.Possible causes of damping in the course of this overhaul are analyzed and countermeasures are summarized according to the experience of major overhaul in previous years.
