变压器110kV穿缆式套管升降装置设计研究

随着主变压器运行年限的增长,密封圈逐渐老化而出现渗漏油缺陷,经常需要吊起套管对密封圈进行更换.目前的作业方式是用吊车将套管吊起进行更换,作业风险高,而且户内封闭式主变室无法使用.为此,设计了一种变压器 110 kV穿缆式套管升降装置,通过套环套设在套管上,利用螺栓以及锁紧座对套管进行定位以及锁紧,上方的吊钩组件可调节水平位置和高度,旨在解决更换变压器 110 kV穿缆式套管升高座密封圈时存在的问题,既提高了工作效率,也规避了使用吊车误触电的风险,给电力设备和人身安全提供了保障,也为电力电网设备吊运检修提供必要的技术支持.
Design of 110 kV Cable Laying Bushing Lifting Device for Transformers
As the operating years of the main transformer increase,the sealing ring gradually ages and encounters oil leak-age defects.It is often necessary to lift the sleeve to replace the sealing ring.The current operation method is to use a crane to lift and replace the casing,which poses a high risk and the indoor enclosed main transformer room cannot be used.This paper studies and designs a transformer 110 kV cable type bushing lifting device,which is set on the bushing through a sleeve ring and is positioned and locked by bolts and locking seats.The hook component above can adjust horizontal posi-tion and height,aiming to solve the problem of replacing the sealing ring of the transformer 110 kV cable type bushing lifting seat,improving work efficiency and avoiding the risk of accidental electric shock when using a crane.The applica-tion of this device can facilitate guaranteeing safety of power equipment and personnel,as well as providing necessary tech-nical support for lifting and maintenance of power grid equipment.
