智能化多功能电子报警围栏的研制

随着变电站内检修运维逐渐增多,传统安全围栏暴露出稳定性差、布置费时费力、警示作用有限、实时报警性能差等问题.针对传统围栏的不足,基于升降伸缩、红外对射、远程报警、信息交互等技术,设计一款智能化多功能电子报警围栏.该围栏采用预埋可伸缩式非金属绝缘支柱,极大地缩短了现场布置围栏时间,并且通过红外对射装置、雷达装置和报警装置同步实现现场实时报警和后台传输报警,增加了后台远程监管途径,实现实时报警.试验表明,该安全围栏可靠性高,实时监管能力突出,为营造良好的电力安全环境提供了基础.
Development and Application of Intelligent Multi-function Electronic Alarm Fence
With the gradual increase of maintenance and repair in substations,conventional safety fences have exposed is-sues such as poor stability,time-consuming and laborious layout,limited warning function,and poor real-time alarm per-formance.In view of the shortcomings of the conventional fence,an intelligent multi-functional electronic alarm fence is designed based on the technologies of lifting and retracting,infrared intrusion,radar alarm,information interaction,etc.The fence adopts pre embedded expandable non-metallic insulation pillars,greatly reducing the on-site layout time of the fence.It also achieves sound and light alarm,PC alarm,and APP alarm through infrared reflection devices,alarm de-vices,and pre embedded optical fiber synchronization,adding remote supervision channels in the background and real-time alarm.The experiment shows that the safety fence has high reliability and outstanding real-time supervision ability,provi-ding a foundation for creating a good power safety environment.
